All items made by SOULDOLL, such as dolls/body/head/related parts, are all made of resin (urethane).

Resins used in dolls are basically affected by heat/light.

The shape may be deformed (bent) by heat higher than room temperature,

Long-term exposure under light sources such as light (including both direct and indoor) can cause skin color changes.

It also has a plastic-like material strength that can cause parts to break if they fall from high places or hit hard things.



Please carefully to play with our dolls.

*All dolls / heads/ parts produced by SOULDOLL include UV protection during production. 

 Nevertheless, the part where skin color changes (yellow variation) can occur is due to the basic properties of the material.

 We do not accept requests for exchanges or refunds due to this feature, so please be understanding.
